The general trading process are as follows: -
1) Buyer will issues the LOI and BCL
2) Seller issues FCO in favor of Buyer
3) Buyer signs and returns FCO to seller
4) Buyer furnishes ICPO + POF via bank to bank or Pre advise LC seller's bank via bank
Swift.
5) Seller will issue Sales and Purchase Contract Agreement and Schedule of shipments
As per terms of the FCO to seller.
6) Buyer sign and return, and pre advise LC to seller
7) Seller and buyer lodge contracts in their respective banks
8) Seller approves LC and issues bank Endorsed Irrevocable FPA referencing Contract
9) Shipment commence
