Our unique technique on inner tank
(1) The inner tank is made of cold steel plate with wet enamel coating, it has superior skills to against corrosion, water scale, rust and water leakage etc.
(2) Single welded line on the innner tank, reduce the risk of water leakage.(Usually others are 2-3 welding line)
(3) Inner tank can pass aciduric test, anti-alkaline test, tired test and nature environment test etc multiple test process, no distortion or cracking.
Aciduric test: 15% vitriol / 48 hours;
Anti-alkaline test: 20% brine / 15 days;
Tired test: 02.M Pa~0.8 M Pa, repeat 300,000 times (UL Standard: 100,000 times);
Nature environment test: put all tanks outside for 7 days.
(4) We enamel two times, the thickness of the wet enamel is 0.3-0.5mm.(Usually other manufacture enamel just one time and the thickness is 0.1-0.2mm)
(5) Even the inlet and outlet pipe also with wet enamel, this is the sole factory do in this way in China.
