We employ a number of testing units in order to improve existing products and develop new products as well as to provide answers to technical questions from customers.

By precisely ascertaining various customer needs and working to improve our level of technological development on a daily basis, we are able to fulfill our mission of proposing solutions to our customers that exceed their expectations and sharing our developments with customers.

Testing and measuring units that verify safety from various standpoints

NAS-compliant high-speed thread looseness testing unit

This unit is produced according to the NAS3350 (U.S. National Aerospace Standard) testing unit specifications and is used for judgment and comparison of locking performance.

Threaded fastener tightening characteristics testing unit
This unit conforms to the JIS B 1084 standard (fastening part tightening test methods) and is used to measure the characteristic values resulting from tightening.

Automatic prevailing torque measuring unit
This measuring unit was developed independently by Fuji Seimitsu in order to improve accuracy in measuring prevailing torque.
It is very useful for selecting surface treatments and lubricants.

Amsler tensile testing unit
This unit is used for testing of proof loading specifications stipulated in the JIS B 1052 standard (mechanical properties of spring steel nuts).
