The main activities that are carried out include the manufacture of metallic products by plastic deformation (i.e. forging, pressing and stamping of metals), heat treatment of metals and machining operations.The engineering team has extensive experience in die and forging design. This enables us to be extremely flexible in initiating the design process. We can work from a customer's existing forging drawings or use a part itself as the basis, analyzing and recommending the most efficient process for manufacture.All members of the engineering team use computer-aided design to develop die and part designs. Listed below is our offer , including a wide variety of products and services.Products:1. Hammer forgings:a. shaft and arbor type, weighting up to 8,000 kgs;b. rings with a diameter up to 1800 mm and weighting up to 5000 kgs;c. bushings with a diameter up to 1500 mm and weighting up to 6000 kgsc. prisms, flanges etc., weighting up to 6,000 kgs;2. Forgings produced in open dies, weighting up to 2000 kgs;3. Forgings produced in close dies, weighting up to 60 kgs.4. Stampings: different parts (elbows, caps, concentric and excentric reducers) weighting up to 2500 kg.FORJA ROTEC has the capacity to produce forgings from carbon steel to high alloy steel as well as to perform rough and final machining of forgings. Services:1. Tools necessary to forge the requested items (i.e. open dies, close dies etc.);2. Forging of customer supplied materials;3. Heat treatment:a. primary heat treatment;b. secondary heat treatment;4. Shot-blasting.ROTEC owns the following certifications and authorizations:- certification SMC according to the ISO 9001:2000 by SGS; - certification SMM according to the ISO 14001:2004 by SGS Bucharest;- certification according to the DIN 18800 and DIN 15018 by SLV;- certification according to the AD2000-Merkblatt HP 0 and HP 100R / TRD 201 according to the DIN EN 729-2 by TUV;- certification by Lloyd`s Register Level III SNT-TC-1A - autorisations for destructive and non-destructive examinations;- autorisation for building and repairing of pressure vessels and parts for steam and warm water;- authorisation by Legal Metrological Romanian Office.We also take quality very seriously.
