Everbright Baosteel Co., Ltd. has integrated manufacturing equipment and completed test methods. For production, we have oneφ140 hot rolled production line, oneφ180 hot rolled production line, 15 sets of hot piercing machines and over 60 cold-drawn production lines. For testing, we have twenty-five sets of NDT equipments including ECT and UT machines, together with hydraulic test machine, WE-600 omnipotent experimental machine, WE-1000A hydraulic omnipotent experimental machine and full set of microscopic analysis equipment and other physical and chemical instruments(such as ARL3460 Spectrograph) as well. The specification of seamless steel tube ranges from OD:Φ10～Φ630 mm with wall thickness: S1~45mm; hot finished seamless steel tube diameters range from Φ108~Φ219mm with wall thickness: S5~32mm.
