We have here in the company The ERP system (ECHO program ) including Traceability system. We also established procedures of identification and Traceability for the product, in which, step by step, indicated product identification sheet in order to establish product characteristics. ELASDKAA CO. has its own laboratory to be able to control the Aflatoxin in the product, this lab is under the quality control department, and we started to control the peanut before harvest till we receive it in our packing house, before and during storage. ELASDKAA CO. also is producing Organic and Bio-Swiss certified Peanuts, we registered our firm and farms with the Egyptian Center Of Organic Agriculture (ECOA), we export the organic peanut to Germany, and the Bio-Swiss to Switzerland.
