Emergency Management Research Center in University of Incheon have developed ECOFOAM 936, an environment-friendly foam extinguishing agent of 93.5% in biodegradability in Oct. 2008.ECOFOAM 936 was recognized as the product which passed an acute oral toxicity test, a skin irritation test, an eye irritation test, a fish acute toxicity test, an earthworm acute toxicity test, Daphnia magna acute swimming inhibition test and a freshwater algal growth inhibition test which are the environment-friendly test certification to meet the strict regulations.
