Established in 2002, Dongguan Shuangshun Precision Mold Co., Ltd. (SS) is located in Chang'an Town, Dongguan City which is the Chinese mold town. SS is mainly specialized in designing and manufacturing various precision metal mould, plastic mould and precision parts. We are also good at processing all kinds of tools, jigs, parts for automation equipment and shaped pieces. SS has certified ISO9001:2008.
With all staff's effort and innovation, SS has been expanding its production scale. We moved to Humen Town, Dongguan City in 2009. It's occupied over 5,000 square meters and owns more than 100 employees, including more than 50% senior technical engineers of all employees of the company. They all have rich experience in the design and manufacture of precision metal mould and plastic mould as well as precision parts. We have imported a lot of advanced processing machinery and inspection equipments from Japan, including AMADA optical projection grinders, SODICK low wire-cutting machines, SODICK mirror EDM machines, surface precision grinders, milling machines and lathes and so on. The precision of our equipments and products can be within 0.002mm steadily.
