Since its establishment, Glorywell is committed to providing customers with Omni-directional SMT, DIP plug-ins, welding, testing, assembly and other processing operations, and engaged in Bluetooth hands-free mobile power supply production.
Now Konlison/ Glorywell equips with eight international advanced SMT production lines, four welding lines, the article 4 DIP plug-in line, 4 computer-control test equipments and assembly production line, more than 500 employees, to provide customers with high quality electronic manufacturing services. We have independent Engineering Department with 8 engineers.
Equipments: 6 units of Panasonic series high-speed placement machines; 6 patches of YAMAHA series machines; 3 units of lead-free reflow soldering; 8 units of automatic printing machine, automatic spray dual wave, 2 sets of wave furnaces; Three AOI automatic testing machine. Automatic assembly line and other auxiliary equipment, etc.
Glorywell is also providing full range of special printing options, including the valet, thermal transfer, hot stamping, pad printing, screen printing, printing processing for Konlison electronic Co., LTD and other customers.
Glorywell has 5 sets of surface heat transfer machines, 3 sets of surface bronzing machines, 15 units single color, color pad printing machines;5 sets of surface screen printing machines; One set of universal flat-panel printers. All the equipments are mainly for the printing processing for all kinds of plastic products, metal products, glass products, wood products, ceramic products, leather products, cloth products is given priority to, in the processing production, the company is very focused on quality control.
