Since the day Doganlar Hot Steel Forging was established in TURKEY, it has successfully carried out manufacturing of finished and semi-finished products in the sector of forged steel. The company has set up the quality management system in the automotive sector ISO TS 16949 2002 and received the certificates ISO TS 16949 and ISO 9001 2000. The company has processes such as 3 dimensional mould design, forging, processing, welding, assembly, heat treatment, painting, galvanizing and packaging. By monitoring developments in its sector and constantly renewing its production infrastructure, it has come to process a capacity for being able to process precision components with limited tolerance and with different sizes and dimensions having a weight of 0, 1kg up to 40 kg.
