Company Introduction
Dingsheng Aluminum Industries Group is a large, privately owned enterprise, with production facilities located in both Zhenjiang Jingkou Science and Tech Industrial Area and Hangzhou Pingyao Development Zone. The company has 5 subsidiaries on nearly 1,000,000 M2 of land with a total capital investment of US$442 million. The company produces core products such as aluminum light gauge foil, heavy gauge foil, sheets, strips and finish products such as: fin stock, embossed sheets, floor tread plates, anodized sheet, evaporator & etc. Total capacity is 400,000MT per annual base. All of our products are widely used in various industrial applications such as air-conditioning units, refrigerators, home appliances, electronic communications, transportation, pharmaceuticals, packaging, printing, chemicals, construction, renovation & etc.
Dingsheng has 19 continuous casting lines, 6 cold mills, 18 foil mills, over 40 cutting, slitting, separation lines, 3 tension levelers, 15 coating lines, 10 anodizing lines, 3 oil coating lines, more than 70 annealing furnaces and other auxiliary equipments. The main production and testing equipments are imported from Japan, Germany, America, and Italy. We apply the most advanced technology and processes in our manufacturing practice and implement the best quality control system to assure customer satisfaction on our products. Since 2007, we have been certified for ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 18000.
