We work directly with oil refineries and we are ready to take orders from only serious buyers and their mandate, no long chain of middle-persons.

Please bear in mind that before we send SCO to any buyer, our supplying refinery would carry out due diligence on them and verify all documents submitted.

The buyer MUST address all relevant documents to our company name before we can send them our SCO. The following documents are required BEFORE we can send our SCO:

LOI and/or ICPO
Company Corporate Profile
Proof Of financial capability

After these submitted documents have been verified, we would issue out our SCO to the seller along with all other relevant documents. NO SCO before ICPO!!
