D & B Trading

D & B Trading was set up in late 1999 as a sole proprietorship. It commenced operations as a commodity trader. During early 2000 D & B Trading went into retail business, mostly supermarkets. Ever since it came into retail business, it also imports consumer goods (both food and non food) from various countries ( UAE, UK, China, Malaysia, New Zealand) for consumption within its own stores and for sale to others.During 2014 it decided to relinquish its retail business and concentrate on import, export, distribution and wholesale. That is currently what its activities are. D & B Trading has a professional team in place, where the managers have the required authority and responsibility to operate within the agreed parameters and each manager is responsible for his own profit centre. The vision for going into distribution business is to act as a service provider to respectable brands in order to enhance its reach to the retail market and to take on board quality products for sale to other country customers.
