In 2003, Cyberjaya Fish Feed started to produce all its feeds following Good Manufacturing Practice and became incorporated. As a result every single bag of fish feed is traceable up to raw material and operator level, and every single raw material supply and production run is checked for its main chemical characteristics. Samples of all batches are stored up to 6 months to make sure that in case of uncertainties each batch can be re-evaluated.
The factory is favorably located from a distribution point of view. The container terminal on the river is located 50 meres away and from from Sarawak it is possible to reach every week almost any destination in Asia for minimal costs.

The company pays regular visits to its customers providing information on new developments, as well as feeding advice. Every single farm in Asia that obtains Cyberjaya Fish Feeds is visited at least once a year. The aquaculture product range covers the complete production cycle of an outstanding number of fish species. Each species range starts with extruded crumbles followed by extruded starters and depending on the farm situation the grower feeds can be extruded or pelleted.
