Determine sourcing strategy for proposed solar energy products in strong partnership with factories and then execute on the sourcing plan with the eye toward working with quality factories while delivering on target fully landed costs.

Build a strong team with strong ownership deep functional knowledge of area and operations/supply chain.

Improve key metrics in operations on lead time, product damage rates, and forecasting accuracy for clients.
