COMPANIAS METALLURGICAS DE PILIPINAS CORPORATION

Companias Metallurgicas De Pilipinas Corporation (CMDP) is a mining and trading company concentrating in the development, extraction and selling of chromite, manganese, and copper ores sourced from its own and and contracted mining sites in the Philippines.

CMDP is ably steered by its President and Chairman Gerondio A. Quindara. It caters to foreign buyers and local mineral purchasers who would like to formalize and execute a sales and purchase contract involving Mineral Products. Currently,

CMDP handles the sales management of three (3) mining outfits with aggregate production of FIVE THOUSAND (5, 000) Dry Metric Tons (DMT) of Chromite Ore North of the islands with an estimated 16, 780 Metric Tons of deposit.

Last year, CMDP stockholders and directors decided to organize its own mining arm. CMDP is now producing at least 100 Metric Tons of metallurgical Chromite Ore and is selling the same to interested and qualified foreign or local buyers.

CMDP has just acquired a 9,000-hectare copper-gold mine site in in southern Philippines. Site preparations is 50% complete. Start of production is by the middle of July 2009.

CMDP has also added to its resources a 2,000 hectare Magnetite (Fe) Sand mining area. Anticipating another ten years of mineral trade growth, CMDP started to construct its own private port in the Province of Zambales to ensure timely deliveries of its Magnetite (Fe) Sand and other mineral products from Zambales. The same private port is also designed to accommodate discharges of heavy equipment from foreign countries it has contracted to supply its large-scale operations.

To fast track this process, CMDP is inviting investors with technical capabilites and financial capacity to jointly operate a large-scale mining area.

An aggregate total of 31, 833 hectares-mineral-bearing areas in various parts of the Philippines have been explored and tested by CMDP Personnel. At least 5, 000 hectares is ready for operation.

The daily sales of 100-200 metric tons of chromite ore supports its various and different activities all over the Philippines.

In the next five (5) years, CMDP aims to be the most productive and dominant mining operator in this part of Asia and the only one and the first to become as such from being a small-scale mining operator in Asia.

CMDP has also diversified into agro-industrial business by converting a former mining area into jatropha curcas and moringa plantation for its bio-diesel and herbal medicine projects.

CMDP now distributes, exclusively, a Filipino-formulated engine oil additive that is environment-friendly and particularly formulated for engines (mobile and stationary) operating in the tropical and arid regions.
