"Procedures"

1) Buyer sent LOI
2) Seller sent performas Invoice, L/C Instructions & Sales agreement
3) Buyer sign agreement and email to seller,

4) Seller signed and sent back to buyer by email and follow by sending the hardcopy by courier
after 3 banking days

5) Buyer submit L/C to the sellers bank

6) Shipment starts after 14-28 days

We are a United State based trading company.  Our main supplier is from Nigeria where we have our own agent which allocated in Nigeria to supply all demands from buyers. Most of our deal will go under a prime bank in Germany . For your information, before any deal closed, we will ready 2% PB for buyer as guarantee to them. When buyer issues a non-operative LC after signing the contract, we will issue the 2%PB to bank to activate the LC. Start from that moment buyer will be guaranteed by the 2%PB. In another word, if we unable to supply the oil at loading port then the 2% PB will automatically belong to buyer. There is no other way for us to prove our sincerity in doing business with you except providing this 2%PB for you in advance.
