OAO CLAVNEFTGAS, a limited liability Company registered in THE Rusian Federation, was launched in 1998 by Mr. Vitaly Zhukov. The Company is licensed by the Russian Federal Goverment to Produce and Export Crude oil.

From inception, the focus of OAO CLAVNEFTGAS was to meet Crude Oil needs of the International business community. Customers included the, exporters, manufacturing firms and Crude Oil Re-sellers in the International market.
