Chunlong Group Pneumatic Machinery Plant is the key enterprise of the Chunlong Group; it is also one of the biggest and professional manufactures for the pneumatic tools in China. The Plant was established in 1994. This plant is a new high-tech enterprise incorporating designing, exploiting and machine building. It has nearly 40,000 square meters of factories of garden type. It is equipped with more than 80 sets of numerical control lathe, etc. and more than 170 staff. The total value of the assets is more than RMB 40 million.The plant can produce 35,000 sets of pneumatic tools annually, such as pneumatic wrenches, pneumatic grinders, pneumatic screwdrivers, pneumatic drills, pneumatic picks and pneumatic tappers, etc. with 6 series and 37 different models.
This plant possesses stronger capacity of scientific study and exploitation. It set up technological cooperation with First Automobile Factory of Changchu on initial stage. It succeeds in developing Computer-Controlled Bolt (Nut) Tightening Machine System (Abbreviation is Intelligent Combination Tightening Machine). It synthesized performance and already reached the international level. Furthermore it filled the gaps of twist into thread tools that are used in the automobile production line in China.
We have not only already passed the test of ISO9001 Quantity Authentication System 2000 Version but also got the approval form the U.K.Crown International Organization.
The products sell well in all parts of our country, the product has always been used in the automobile assembly line of the First Auto Works (Group) Corporation, Dongfeng Automobile (Group) Corporation, Heavy Automobile (Group) Corporation and Yuejin Motor (Group) Corporation, etc. more than 200 automobile manufacturer, and it has got wide recognition from the clients.
