Works, Ltd. has been exclusively dedicating to the manufacturing of slitting lines, cut-to-length lines as well as combined lines (slitting and shearing) which have been sold not only domestically to Taiwanese market but also to the countries abroad such as Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Hong Kong, China, India, Kuwait, Syria, Kenya, Cameroon, Venezuela and USA over past 42 years. Besides; with the CE certificate or Declaration of CE conformity, our product machines have been sold to European countries such as Germany, U.K., Norway, Sweden and Poland as well. We are proud to annouce that there is one cut-to-length line which has been erected 40 years ago is still in running for production in Taiwan has been. Therefore; all the major components (parts) such as hydraulic system from Germany, bearings from Japan and electrical parts from France are made by the worldwide reputed manufacturers. As to the frames and units which need to be qualified for precise and high-speed machinery, we use a large-sized vertical type CNC borer to machine the shaft holes for the gear box under one-time-process in order to assure that the center of each hole is accurate. With a precisely accurate centering, the gear box can perform perfectly at its maximum power transmission and meet the international standard as well. What�s more? We process our machine bases with big table planer to obtain the best accuracy of flatness. Giving the credit to the quality material and precisely processed parts, our machines are endurable for heavy duty material and last longer as well. After having enjoyed the glory period of Taiwan&＃039;s economic growth with our traditional lines, we have also developed high tech Rotary shear type cut-to-length line and slitting line with higher line speed to meet the world tendency.
