Changzhou Piaoma Coating System Engineering Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Changzhou HP Machinery Co., Ltd., which was established in May 4th, 1992. With main OEM business at the beginning, it had a lot of business cooperation with Germany DURR and Japan TKS. With expanding scale and growing economic benefits, it founded Changzhou Piaoma Coating System Engineering Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 12 million in 2001 and acquired HP Machinery in 2007. In 2003, RMB 30 million was increased. Now, it has 370 formal employees and an area of 45, 000㎡, including 18, 000㎡ construction area. It is a system engineering enterprise integrating design, manufacturing, installation, debugging and after-sales service. The technical center has three design and development teams: mechanization, non-standard equipment and electrical automation, able to independently complete professional technique design, equipment design, mechanization and electric control design. Now the technical center has 45 designers and developers who are the technical backbones from various engineer plants, design institutes and companies. Besides, it is going to introduce a batch of high-ranking designers and establish Jiangsu Tiance Industrial Engineering Design and Research Institute, extending design to the overall plan, civil buildings and public power of the plant. It has the best and first rate manufacturing equipment in China. Since 2010, it has imported many advanced CNC machining equipment, such as Finland FINPOWER laser CNC turret punch press, Japan AMADA CNC turret punch press, Italia PRIMA CNC laser cutting machine and full automatic France longitudinal seam welder. Besides, it has a set of 8m CNC plate shearing and bending machine, a set of 6m CNC plate shearing and bending machine, three sets of 4m plate shearing and bending machine, several imported semi-automatic continuous welders, imported pipe welders, etc. It firstly adopts standard and mold section manufacturing methods by virtue of advanced manufacturing equipment, achieving consistency of batch products, ensuring high quality product machining and effectively shortening the on-site construction period. Combining the practical conditions, it adopts and strictly executes the production management mode of Honda. The quality management is divided into three levels: Company level, department level and workshop level. The quality inspection is divided into five stages: Initial inspection of incoming raw materials, partial product inspection, sample inspection of semi-finished products, patrol inspection of finished products and general ex-factory inspection. The clean and civilized production requires daily cleaning after daily production, standard material piling and in process cleaning to reduce the pollution of every product to the minimum and ensure the cleanness of the whole products.
