Changzhou Jinyin Futao Photoelectric Devices Co.,Ltd and Changzhou Bollard Purchase Service Co.,Ltd are Huacheng's subsidiaries.Jinyin is the manufacturing,researching and Developing center of Huacheng.Bollard is located in Changzhou World Trade Center.With the help of Jiangsu Chamber of commerce,Bollard is mainly in charge of  the exportation of Huacheng's products,finding and developing new products,and providing purchase services to our foreign customers.
  

Main products.
For years, we dedicate to the cooperation with China Science & Technology University, established the laboratory for the plastic optical fiber devices and national application engineering for the research and development of the fiber series sensors and HDMI cables. Meanwhile, we import the professional equipments and technology from Japan and Germany for the production of PV Ribbon, PV Junction Box and PV cables. These products are widely used in solar power field.
