Changshuihe Farm was established in 1952, in the reclamation area of Heilongiang Province, It is located at the southwest foot of the Small Xing’an Rang, 60km from Bei’an City. The East longitude is 126°and the North Latitude is 48°,It is under the management of Bei’an Sub-bureau in the reclamation area of Heilongjiang Province，It covers an area of 54300 sq km and with the population of 13726 in which the employes are 2092，there are 40 basic units，including 17 agricultural production units one agrotechnical popularization station，18 commercial units，4 culture and education institutions among them ，On the 54300sq km of blackland，there are abundant natural resources including 21333 hectares of cultivated land，1533 hectares of grass，535 hectares of usable surface of water，6000 hectares of wetland，11540 hectares of forest land，
