1993 signed transferred agreement of technology and equipment with GM AC
2003 Purchased one of joint venture from Delphi and Mexico.
2005 Introduced 14 sets of spark plug production equipment from Delphi.
2006 purchased the equipment can utilize the patent of DELPHI
