Cascade is a company that provides retailers with merchandising solutions that provide for complete focus on the category or department at hand. Instead of aligning ourselves with a particular manufacturer or vendor, Cascade focuses on driving sales to the retail customer, thereby increasing revenue for retailers and manufacturers alike. We accomplish this at no cost to the retailer, and at minimal cost to the vendor, usually about 4% of sales. In general, we have found that the funding of our service is more efficient than providing merchandising from in-house departments. We see the department as the product--our job is to create an environment that appeals to retail shoippers across a broad spectrum, from the seasoned shopper to the novice, from girls through men, from college students to retirees. We do so through a three-pronged approach: daily attention to merchandising and stocking, redundant accountaibility among our employees, and constant feedback and provision of merchandising and marketing solutions to our retail partners. In the end, our continued revenue growth is based on the success of the retailer--as retailer&＃039;s success is based on retail customers, we feel confident that our approach is good for us, good for the retailer, and good for the retailer&＃039;s entire compliment of suppliers, from the largest global corporations to the Mom-and-Pop sole proprietorship.
