My name is Aneela. A bit about me:
I have a family business background and I have lived in many countries. I came to Canada from the Arab Gulf country of Bahrain where I grew up and had a great time. As an immigrant whose experiences have been amazing and who is happy to be part of this fantastic Canadian society, I decided a few years ago to help other people like me who want to make Canada their new home. I went back to school and studied hard learning all about Canadian Immigration and Refugee Laws, Regulations and Policies. Then I passed a rigorous process to become certified and licensed by the only regulating body in Canada, namely the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) whose mandate is to protect YOU, the consumers of immigration consulting services, from around the world. I also had to pass security clearances from countries that I lived in since my 18th birthday. My profession requires me to continuously update my immigration education as Canadian Immigration laws are very dynamic and keep changing. So I have strict continuing education requirements.

I have a fiduciary relation with you, that means a role of trust, confidence and understanding. I first ensure I understand your requirements so I can be sure of giving you an honest and professional advice based on your situation and laws that apply to you. My job is to help assess your likelihood of success in a visa application, help you correctly complete extensive forms and documentary requirements, give you alternative options under law, and do all correspondence with Government of Canada on your behalf.

I DO NOT make an immigration decision for you or have any special connection with Government of Canada. My connection with them is of Knowledge and they recognize me as your authorized representative. I use my knowledge to advance your case with Government of Canada. I try to help you avoid mistakes that can result in a refusal of your immigration application to Canada. I cannot guarantee a positive result but I can guarantee my best efforts to help you achieve that result. As the scope of my work is wide, I often work with my senior most colleagues who are in this field for well over 20 years and are known, trusted and well respected in Canada and beyond. I value their knowledge and try to bring it to your disposal if and when needed. This ensures that I have protected you in the best ways available.
About my fee
This is a knowledge based service. My fees are reflective of my service quality and hard-work that I put to each and every case. Most of my clients are business persons or skilled professionals who are happy to avail my services for the fee that I request. But in order to make professional services more accessible, I do offer flexible payment plans especially for young professionals.
