Long established Canadian canning company, HACCP certified, having modern Equipment. We do private label and also produce products to customer specification if required. All are products are certified Kosher. We use Only Canadian grown tomatoes and product is packed every year, Our tomatoe juice is from fresh tomatoes, not from paste or concentrate. We pack for most major grocery chains in both Canada & USA, although most of our products are exported. Our jellys. Strawberry, Apple, Grape, Mint and Cranberry is made from pure fruit pulp. In Cranberrys we make whole berry sauce and jelly.
Our Canadaian wild rice is cooked only and not seasoned. The sesonning Is done by the chef to their liking. Wild rice has a nutty flavour to it and takes a long time to cook. Since we introduced the product to the market it has been selling very well, particularly in Steak House and family type restaurants. We will be soon Introducing canned fruit juices, prune, apple etc.
