Buyer and Seller International is trading company registered in Nigeria. Buyer & Seller International is currently expanding her Trading Operations. The worldwide demand for various products has significantly increased and is reflected in the interest our largest clients have expressed toward the availability of such products. Therefore, we seek partners who can deal in bulk quantity of such products to respond to the needs of our long standing customers. Buyer & Seller International’s policy is to establish business relationships with Manufacturers and Suppliers based on terms that are acceptable, feasible and viable for all parties involved. Hence, in order to minimize misunderstandings the following points describe some of our procedures for your consideration as you decide to pursue this opportunity. Buyer & Seller International is a Trading House; we source, purchase the goods ourselves then resell them to our customers through the mechanism of our parent agency FTN Exporting. We are an honourable trader which does not offer goods to customers unless we first have some assurance of being able to supply such goods. PROCUREMENT: We conduct proper “due diligence” and only buy products from producers that have proven ability to provide long term supply of large quantities as needed. PRICING: All prices negotiations are based on market prices and transaction costs. DELIVERY: We only work with INCOTERM 2010 international delivery procedures. We deal FOB or perhaps at times CRF/CIF delivery application to apply based on the merit of each procurement offer received. If a CIF price is required we would not hesitate to advice accordingly. Specific port of destination and contract amount will be provided when a formal offer to procure is advised. PAYMENT: Payments are made via bank issued UCP600 Transferable Irrevocable DLC (authenticated by top 100 world ranked banks) payable 100% at sight on presentation of delivery documents defined in final contracts. After offer and contracts are signed, payment advice is issued for acceptance. We expect delivery to be initiated 30-50 days thereafter as per contract. Certificate of origin and Pre shipment certification will also be required among other things. In some instances Customs pre advised export declaration may also be provided. We would also like to emphasize that Buyer & Seller International only uses the safest international procedures available and adheres to a “doctrine of strict compliance” as defined in UCP600 Banking Rules, Incoterms 2010 Delivery Rules and URC522 Collections Rules. Once an Offer to buy/Sell is accepted a legally binding position is in force.
