BKT retains ownership of its commercial, industrial and office property once it has been developed and leased, while residential properties are offered for sale already during the construction period.Our strategy is to assist clients through each phase of a real-estate project and provide services as necessary - from identification of suitable plots and the purchasing process through design and authorizations from local government to the actual construction and, finally, leasing and operating the property.In commercial segment, BKT focuses on developing industrial and logistics facilities of the highest quality on a built-to-lease basis. Our aim is to be a partner of choice for foreign and local companies setting up their office and business facilities in the Baltics. The company seeks high visibility or strategically located sites in key industrial zones to develop office buildings, industrial parks and logistics facilities.
