Bhushan steel has now commissioned Hardened & Tempered steel strips of High carbon, Medium carbon and Low alloy spring steel grades with international standards and specifications. The plant has state of art manufacturing facilities like;
1. Continuous Hardening & Tempering line with Lead-Bismuth (Pb-Bi) quenching bath from EBNER, Austria
2. Surface Grinding & Polishing lines from BREUER Germany
3. Edge Profiling Line from JULIUS Germany
4. Double Head Slitting line from DAEHYUN Korea
Metal quenching bath from Ebner Austria ensure that strips hardened in this line are free from oxidation and distortion. This line has unique Martempering and Austempering facility and can provide Bainitic structure as well, which combines hardness with ductility.
