Ulfet Food, Olive Oil and Soap Factory which was established in Nizip, Gaziantep as a Turkish State’s institution in 1955 and with it’s privatization joined to Besler Group in 2006. Since then, Our Company in a scale of development and modernization day by day. Our factory produces olive oil and soaps and is rafinery for sunflower oil, corn oil, canola oil, olives and soap. After the renovation Works in Ulfet, conducted in accordance with the latest technology, the daily refining capacity of sunflower increased from 240 tons to 500 tons. Daily olive oil production capacity has doubled with the new extraction line purchased from Italy. Currently olive oil production capacity is 70 tons per day in the harvest season. We use the “Sinolea Method” known as a special cold-drip and cold-press method to extract oil from olives. Besler Food and Chemistry Co. has the most developed laboratory in the region and all of products are tested in every production steps starting from purchasing raw materials to packing under healthy and hygienic conditions.
