We have a Hot Dip Galvanising facility at Plot No.22 Industrial Park, Parwada -531021, Visakhapatnam, A.P., INDIA. We have 3 zinc baths where in we can handle upto 14 M structures, channels & masts. We supply all the products that are required for Power projects, Electrical substations, Railways, Cross country pipeline. Our product range is huge as our baths can take up to a single length of 14 meters. We can designs, fabricate, galvanise and supply gratings, cable trays, and other structural materials to the customer as per their design and requirements. Our product range includes Mild steel Fasteners, Bolts, Nuts with Washers. We have in house testing facility to check the chemical and mechanical strengths with metal quotes in microns. Our galvanising facilities are as below. 1. ZINC BATHS. a) Zinc Bath 10 M x 1M x 1M - One Number b) Zinc Bath 4.10m x 1m x 1m - One number c) Zinc Bath 1m x 1m x 1m - One number 2. Pickling Tank 13m x1m x 1m - Four numbers 3. Flux tank 13m x 1m x 1m - one number 4. EOT Crane 5 MT capacity - two numbers We have a well equipped fabrication shop attached to our galvanising block along with open yard handling facilities.
