Beijing Hendan-Dutek Electronics Co. Ltd. is a joint-venture company specializes in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS); was formed in 2005 by Dutek in U.S. and Hendan in China, the headquarter is registered in Beijing Zhong Guan Cun (Beijing’s Silicon Valley) Science and Technology Section, and manufacturing ground is located at Wenquanlu, Haidian District. The facility is 64, 600 square feet and well equipped with ESD measure and modernized high-tech manufacturing equipments, including all new Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production lines that can pick and place 3, 000, 000 components daily. The 8 pick and place machines for four SMT production lines are imported from Japan, designed and produced by I-PULSE Company. These machines are capable of pick and place all kinds of components with high speed and precise accuracy, competent for working with components sized from 0603 to 55mm×55mm, as well as QFP, BGA and CSP etc. Which can be used in productions that comply with European Union and U.S. prohibition of electronic waste control, Hendan-Dutek has isolated RoHS comply production areas from non-RoHS comply production areas at warehouse and workshop. So far we have established good relationship with wide range of customers in many fields, such as electronics, medicals, telecommunications, tax control systems and light industry etc., have manufactured thousands of different products. Hendan-Dutek has been certified for ISO9001:2000 management system by CNAB (China National Accreditation Board of Certifier) with IAF EMS. Also, we had assisted our customers achieved 3C certification and CSA certification.
