Beijing Changfeng Industry Co., Ltd.

Beijing Changfeng Industry Co., Ltd. (BCF) is a commercial subsidiary of China Changfeng Science & Technology Industry Group (CCF).  CCF, in turn, is one of the four divisions of the China Aerospace Science and Industry Co. (CASIC).  CASIC is under the direct administration of the State Council and is China's largest aerospace corporation.  In all, CASIC has four divisions,
including six large-scale academies, and has approximately 100,000 employees, among which 40 percent are technicians and engineers.
To address the changing needs of the 21st Century, CASIC has adopted as its guiding principals: "be market oriented, be aerospace based, be innovative in applying science and technology, and strive for the highest possible quality."  In the development arena, CASIC's guiding principals are: "engage able people, establish efficient methods, give priority to the military production, expand civil service, expand technology innovation, and diversify activities and sources."  In the course of national modernization and economic develpment, CASIC is pursuing the goal of global competitiveness.
BCF is a Beijing commercial organization of CASIC.  Over the past 15 years, BCF has engaged in foreign joint ventures, numerous internet-based business activities, substantial communications network installations, among other initiatives.  The network installations have been done under all the relevant certifications.  That includes CommScope's (originally AVAYA, LUCENT, AT&T) authorization (please see the attachment F: authority from CommScope and figure 1 and authority technicians, figure 2 and figure 3).
