Ciftci ;has been dealing with the production activities related to the hot rolling process of the quality steel billet then the production of plain and ribbed deformed reinforcing steel bars according to the quality standarts ASTM,TS ,JIS, BS,SAE,GOST through the double or triple and quartet slit method.
The capacity of the production plant is 1,000,000 Mt / year.The temperature controlled production activities are strictly monitored during the production stages consisting of rolling the billets , which were annealed in the temperature controlled annealing furnaces .
Almost the half of production capacity has been exorted to mainly the Middle East ,United Arab Emirates ,Kuwait,and Yemen , as well as the standart exporting countries including Saudi Arabia,North African Countries,England,Germany,Spain,Romania,Bulgaria,Russia,Ukraine,Vietnam and Indonesia. The rest part of the production is being sold for the big scale construction projects that require strictly the producer's support with the after sale services as well as the quality in the market.
