The extends of Turkish Ship-Yacht Industry has gained speed recently and it has become the firsts in the world lists. The boats produced in Turkey have become preferable both for their quality and their prices in global market. Our boats are built according to CE Certificates which is proper to high quality and delivery in time.

AYBOT Ship Yacht Industry Management Inc. Was founded at 2005 with the partnership of Necati YILMAZ and Cemal YILMAZ. The general planning and project design has lasted until 2007. The head of board of directors is Necati YILMAZ, General Director is Yasar YILMAZ.


The facility was founded on 10 km away of Cide-Bartin way, on 8.500 m2 land. The first part was completed in 2008 and became ready for the production. Parallel to facility construction, Integrated Management System works started and it is still going on. This system is made with the merge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, OHSAS 18001 Employee Health and Employee Safety and ISO 14001 Environment Management System.

Our dockyard has the capacity and opportunity of both commercial and private boats which are according to the projects and can range till 120 m. In our dockyard the construction of boats such as Motoryacht, Gulet and Trawler which are in yacht construction and Cargo Ship, Tour boats, ferries, fishing boats, tugboats which are commercial. All of our products are produced according to law and legislations and they are CE certificated.


Beside our new construction works, we also have high capacity labourer, sleds and driftage equipment, yacht, drifters, tour yachts. We made the seasonal care, restorations and repair works.


Beside Steel Team, Wood Team and Colour Team which are the firsts, all of our teams and employees are from certificated and expert persons in their field.
