We are equally keen to enter into a long-term relationship with your goodselves in order to source crude oil and mazut in addition to D2 and therefore, please reply soonest advising us if your Refinery is able and prepared to assist with our immediate requirement of 500 000mt of D2 Diesel.

On receipt of a positive response, we will forward an official LOI and proof of our mandate on behalf of the actual Buyer and once you have considered our request, it would be appreciated if you could provide us with an official FCO confirming amongst others if the "target price" can be met.

Lastly, please note that we are actively engaged in the sourcing of Petroleum products on behalf of many International Buyers world-wide and therefore, we are not in the business of wasting anyone?? time which often is the case in this sector of the world economy.
