We are direct seller of Crude oil and petroleum products.our procedure dont need to pay any upfront-fee. Our company."OAO"ARZAMAS-PETROLEUM  work just with officials mandate only.Therefore, to register, you have to go through registration process. In the
registration process, we will attach herewith our registration form. Then you
have to fill it, indicate the number of years you wish to be our mandate. And
on returning the form, you have to attach the photocopy of your International
pass-port with 4 size passport photograph. As soon we received the filled form
and the above mentioned documents, we will move to submit and obtain documents from Ministry of Energy that will help offer you an official mandate of our company, which will give you an authorization with mandate certificate and the purchase number allocation. As soon you successes, you will have our mandate which automatically grant you buying the product from our refinery without paying any up-front-fee.

Procedure
1. Seller issues F.C.O
2. Buyer issues I.C.P.O (as attached with this FCO
3. Seller & Buyer signs hard copies of contract in tabletop meeting, by Fax or Electronic Document Transfer (EDT).
4. After sign the contract Seller's Bank issues Non - Operative Performance Bond.
5. Buyer's Bank issues DL/C that activates Seller's Performance Bond.
6. Seller's Bank issues Proof of Product to Buyer's Bank immediately.
7. Deliveries start according to the lifting schedule of the contract.
