Over 25 years in the Orthopedics implant & instrumentation-Metal Finishing Industry, using & being certified in ISO-9000 programs. Started my own Metal Finishing business in 1991, where I put the final buffed & satin finishes on Othopedic implants & instrumentation. The majority of the products were run indirectly for some of the largest Orthopedics company&＃39;s in the world. Applied the quality control techniques from the Orthopedics industry & applied that to the manufacturing process of musical products. Using the same tolerance&＃39;s & inspection process to achieve a higher quality product.
