Ark Prefab is one of the leading providers of modular solutions, manufacturing Flatpack2, SHARK container modules and Lark flatpack structures. In addition, full associated services can be provided, like a turn-key solution for camp buildings. In the past 10 years, Ark has been providing over 60000 sqm of modular cabins each year for Oil & Gas, Mining and construction fields etc., varied from light-duty to heavy duty temporary constructions or semi permanent buildings; and now we have gained invaluable experiences in the modular building system, specialized in Flatpack container houses. Since 2014 Ark has invested brand-new manufacturing facilities such as laser cutting, robot manipulating welding and manipulator arms etc. Ark has also brought in SAP management system aimed to ideally control the cost; in addition, ISO management system for QA control has been established. As the demand for resources is increasing year on year around the globe, Ark has been dispatching more and more modular units for site projects globally in recent years, like the Star Oil Camp Facilities Package in Sudan, ExxonMobil LNG Project in PNG, and the mining camps construction in South America. For any projects, we make cabins used as accommodation blocks, office building, ablution blocks, recreation rooms, Medical Facilities, Kitchen & Mess, Laundries, Storage Rooms etc., meeting various regional standards.
