Anyi Instrument Co. Ltd., a certificated high-tech enterprise, founded in 2005, with registered capital of 12.5 million RMB, located in the Industrial Park of National High-Tech Zone.
The history of Anyi is not long, but our engineer team is experienced. The chief engineer Mr. Wu Fengshan, a member of National Standardization Committee for Measuring Tools and Instruments, has worked as a technical expert for more than 45 years for the major manufactures of measuring tools in China.
Anyi is professional in precision measurements, ingrates design, development, production and sales, with main products of steel gauge blocks, step gauges, caliper checkers, calipers, height gauges, depth gauges, indicators, micrometers, custom-made measurements, etc. Calibrated by NIM and DKD, our high precision step gauge has reached advanced world level in accuracy. The micron electronic caliper and height gauge with double datum surfaces are our original creation.
Anyi has a number of advanced equipment, such as giant WEDM, precision WEDM(20 sets), high precision grinders, millers, lathe, vacuum coating equipment, HAAS vertical machining center(2 sets), mesh belt continuous heat treatment furnace, laser marking equipment, VSR equipment, etc.
The metrology laboratory of Anyi has a series of advanced testing and calibrating equipment, such as Carl Zeiss measuring machine (range: 6m), Leits universal tool microscope , Taylor profiler, Abbe comparator instrument, and Mitutoyo height masters, etc..
