Anming’s HP sinks are designed with two kind of cooling modes available, namely natural cooling (Self cooling) and forced convective, and they are used in different application fields with following types: 1. RZM series ◢ Cooling mode: natural cooling(Self cooling) ◢ Dissipation power: 100w-3500w ◢ Type: RZM-DGDA-XXX; RZM-DGDB-XXX; RZM-DGDC-XXX; RZM-DGDD-XXX; 2. RFM series ◢ Cooling mode: forced convective cooling ◢ Dissipation power: 500-14000w ◢ Type: RFM-DGDA-XXX; RFM-DGDB-XXX; RFM-DGDC-XXX; RFM-DGDD-XXX; Application ◢ Communication power suppliers, medium-low power invertors, electric switch devices etc. ◢ High power IGBT modules, SKIIP modules, rectifying modules etc. The following diagram describes application fields where our sinks are mainly used currently.
