??DEPOSITORY; Buyers Destination
??CONTRACT TERM: One year with possible extensions.
??PAYMENT:
??1) Swift transferred of payment;
??2) Secured and unconditional, transferable Bank Guarantee LC with Bank Guarantee (BG) issued by grade AA Bank.
??CHARGES: All charges including, expenses of transport and all related expenses in respect to lifting and delivery of the said AU, from the Depository Warehouse to the Delivery Warehouse in Destination, and insurance before settlement/ exchange to be paid by Seller. However, the cost of refinement of Metals by Internationally Acceptable Refinery in Buyers destination country is to be paid by the Buyer.
??DELIVERY: Buyers destination. Minimum of 100 kg
