WHO WE AREWe have been involved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) extraction since 1910.We are owners of an olive oil mill in Vartholomio, Ilia, GreeceWHAT WE DOA thousand metric tones of EVOO is produced by our mill.WE JUST CHOOSE.We choose 100% Koroneiki variety olives from a village near our mill.This village is called Kastro Ilias.It is located 226 Metres (741ft) above sea level and it is surrounded by the sea.WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT OLIVE TREES LOCATED IN KASTRO VILLAGEFresh sea breezes pass through the olive trees.Their altitude helps the sun "kiss" the olive trees all day long.Ideal soil conditions.
