The apparel needs a scientific approach in the manufacturing methods utilizing latest technology machines to maintain the specifications required in our sourcing factories. The garments are produced with the basic requirements of fit, construction and Appearance for the customers to give the comforts while wearing the garment.

Fit ,Basically the best comfort is felt when the fit is maintained as designed in the apparel.
To ensure for the fit, products are thoroughly analysed and the seam margins are fixed in the patterns at the product development stages.
Construction: The Fit is achieved by following right methods of preparatory process and construction methods. The latest light duty sewing machines (yamato, juki, Pegasus, siruba) are utilized to maintain the seam margins and smooth handling of the fabric while sewing. The special machines developed exclusively for the innerwear are used in the production floor.

Folders are developed in house to simplify the construction methods and uniformity in sewing seam margins. The elastic is attached to the garment with digitally controlled metering devices (Racing) to maintain the specifications required and symmetry while sewing.

Appearance: Good appearance is achieved by maintaining the specification and adopting the right material handling methods. The garments are moved from cut parts section to packing section in bundle form in the plastic bags to avoid dirt and soil.

Quality systems developed with a continual bench marking in the industry are practiced to ensure to meet the requirement of the customers and for the continual improvement to reach good quality level.
