16. Transaction Procedure
a) Buyer issues Letter of Intent (LOI)
b) Seller issues Soft Offer
c) Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) and acceptance of
Soft Offer. In the ICPO the Buyer provides the name of their Banker, address,
telephone and fax number, Bank account number, Branch Code, Bank
SWIFT/Sort Code number, Bank Officer's name.
d) Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO) and Draft Contract
e) Seller and Buyer signs Contract via electronic ma l and the hard copies to be
exchanged later.
f) Buyer's Bank issues SBLC via SWIFT CODE.
