ALLIANCE SUPERFINE INDUSTRIES LTD, a young, dynamic firm engaged in the manufacture of Polyester Textured Yarns (PTY) since the last 10 years. The company is managed by two young first generation entrepreneurs, Mr. Rajesh Agarwal & Mr. Uday Mehra who have been involved with the firm and nurtured it.
Initially M/s Alliance Industries, a partnership firm commenced its business in the year 2002 by four partners viz. Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Mrs. Ashita Mehra, Mr. Rajkumar Kaushik and Mr. Yashwant Jain. They all are very well experienced in the yarn market. Initially they were into trading business of all types of textile products such as Polyester Spun Yarns, Cotton Yarns, Textures Yarn, recycled polyester yarn, PV blended yarn and all types of polyester and cotton fabrics. Later on they have decided to do backward integration and purchased a sick unit from Bank of India in the year 2002. This unit was having plant at Silvassa with three Texturising machines. The main object of the firm was to carry business of manufacturing, processing, twisting, doubling and dealing in all kind of yarns including cotton, viscose etc. Although firm was new but its partners were well versed in dealing and manufacturing of yarn business. After getting all the clearance they have started commercial production and entered into full fledge manufacturing of Polyester Textures Yarn (PTY). As time passes it has got its management changed and Mr. Rajkumar Kaushik and Mr. Yashwant Jain retired from the firm and Mr. Uday Mehra has joined the business and actively participating in its current affairs.
