Our company was founded by my father, Huseyin Akcin, in 1988. Our humble beginnings started with selling dried apricots and apricot kernels. However, my father retired in 2000, and, inevitably, my brothers and I took over the business. For twenty-seven years we have successfully penetrated the market. Furthermore, we purchase our products directly from our local farmers. Nonetheless, after twenty-seven years, we are now planning to engage in export business. Our factory is located in Malatya, Turkey and we are currently renovating our offices as well as our warehouse for re-establishing the business this year. Likewise, we have set up a high-end machine for cracking apricot kernels.
