Shell supply vsl sails to longside and tie-up with Buyer&＃39;s receiving vsl6. Upon tie up of both vsls, the Buyer&＃39;s vsl issues a permit (ATB) for buyer&＃39;s representatives and inspectors to come on board the vsl7. Shell offficials provide the contract and other shipping documents to the Buyer&＃39;s Representative for their perusal and execution as well as records.8. Transhipment Takes place9.
