I will need 110,000mt of White Cane Sugar for the Ethiopian Sugar Development Agency in three lots: 40,000 mt shipped by May 2008, 40,000 mt shipped by June 2008, & 30,000 mt shipped by August/September 2008. There is a public bidding process to supply the sugar. The destination port is Djibouti. The bid due date is April 4, 2008.  The sugar requires the following quality:
1) medium grain white free flowing
2) Min Polarization (OZ): 99.7
3) Max Moisture Content (%): 0.100
4)  Reducing Sugars (%): 0.07
5)  Max Supplanted Ash (%): 0.100
6)  Max SO2 Content (Mg/Kg): 70
7)  Max Insoluble (Mg/Kg): 70
8) UCUMSA: 100-250
